I can't join my ZOOM meeting, what do I do?

Here are some troubleshooting tips if you are not able to get to your Zoom meeting.

• Make sure you are signed in to your BV Chrome with your Blue Valley email address and password.
   
• Open a new Chrome tab and log in with BV login to office.com. 
   
• Update Zoom and then restart.
   
• Clear Chrome Browsing History and then restart.
   
• Ask your teacher for the Link/Passcode-instead of going via Canvas.
   
• Still not working?  Put in a BVCare ticket.
