First, restart your computer.  This will clear any glitches or issues (possibly).

 

Try deleting Google Chrome INTERNET HISTORY.  See steps below.

 

Make sure you are logged in with your Blue Valley email address and password - and not your personal email/gmail account.

 

Clear Chrome History

In Chrome, go to the top, left corner of the screen.

Chrome Browser

Choose Clear Browsing Data.

A new window opens with options.

Change the date to All Time.
