Delete the App and add again.
If logging into the App at school, follow these instructions:
- Uninstall & Reinstall the App
- Restart phone
- Be sure the phone Operating System is up-to-date
- When logging in: turn off BVW or try from home
If those options do not work, try using Canvas through your phone web browser like Safari.
