Restart the System Controller by completing the following steps.

Shut down your Mac completely. 

Make sure your charger is connected to the Mac.

Press Shift + Control + Option + Power buttons at the same time.

Restart your Mac by pressing the power button.

Clear your Browsing History. (See steps below.)

 

If that doesn't work, submit a BV Care ticket.  You will be contacted by tech support through the email provided on the form.

 

 

Clear Browsing History in Chrome

In Chrome, go to the top, left corner of the screen.

Chrome Browser

Choose Clear Browsing Data.

A new window opens with options.

Change the date to All Time.
