My computer isn’t working right!
Answer
Troubleshoot the following things:
1. Turn your computer off completely. Wait 10 seconds. Turn it back on.
2. You may have to Force Quit out of applications. To do this, select the apple icon in the top left-hand corner, choose “Force Quit,” and select the applications you need to force quit.
3.Go up to the Wifi icon and turn off your Wifi. Wait 10 seconds. Turn it back on.
4. If you continue to have issues, you may need to restart your computer on the district’s wifi. When remote, you can go to any BV school parking lot, connect to the Wifi, turn your computer off fully, wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.

**Remember, you need to restart your computer at least once a week for good maintenance.
