My Zoom is not working!

First, turn off your computer. Wait 10 seconds. Turn it back on. If that doesn’t work, you probably need to update your Zoom. First, go to the Zoom download webpage here: https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting.  Next, choose to download “Zoom Client for Meetings.”  Follow the download process, and when you are on the part that asks for “Destination Select,” choose to “Install for Me Only.”  Otherwise, it will ask for an administrative username and password.  Finish installing and launch.
