What do I do if my book is lost or damaged?

Contact Mrs. Neneman or Ms. Gojcevic. We will print a bill for you to pay to Mr. Sales, our bookkeeper, in the office. Then, you will bring back the signed bill and we will clear the book from your record. If the book is damaged, you can keep it. If you find a lost book after you have paid for it, you can turn it in for a refund.
